Rush Orders: We offer expedited, or "rush" order services for customers who desire a fast turn-around time and speedy delivery. It's important to make sure all artwork is correct before we create your transfers. If there are artwork issues, the order may not get printed on the rush day paid for. To avoid any delays, we recommend that you check your email frequently for any messages from us regarding your order. You may download our APP to get push notifications, which you may find more convenient. If there are revisions that need to be made, or approvals, these methods of communication are the primary ways to resolve the issues. We also recommend the customer perform a test print/wash before going into production. Once pressed, we are not responsible for your garments.
Shipping Policy: We ship all orders via UPS only. We offer all shipping service levels that UPS provides and you can select the method that best suits your needs. Our standard, flat shipping via UPS is $12.55.
Return Policy: Having happy customers is important to us. We've crafted a very customer-friendly business, working to make orders fast and accurate out of the best quality materials. When you send us an order, we work fast to fulfill it and since all orders are custom, we cannot offer refunds. We will provide store credit to use on future orders should the circumstances arise.
Trademark Policy: When an order contains a trademark or copyright images, we require you to sign a form that signifies your legal right to use the trademark or copyrighted materials. Without your signature, we will be unable to fulfill your order and it will be cancelled.
General disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Create your artwork.
1. Using your desired software, create a blank artboard to the size sheet you will be ordering.
2. Arrange your transparent images at your desired size/sizes and gang them up on the artboard.
3. Save the gang sheet as a 300dpi transparent png.
Complete the steps listed below.
1. Below, select the size sheet that you require and add any notes for your order.
2. Click the "Choose File" button below to select your artwork.
2. Next, select the number of sheets needed.
3. Then click the "Upload My Artwork" button to upload and proceed to checkout.
4. If you need to add additional gang sheets click the continue shopping button.
If you cannot build your own gang sheet, click the OPEN BUILDER button below. Please keep in mind that editing your order after the order is placed is not available to orders that are made using the builder.

NOTE: With larger files and or slower upload connection speeds - it's possible your browser may timeout (give an error) before the upload is complete. If that happens, please use the method below to complete your order.
1) Upload a smaller image. This can be a resized copy of the original, or any other image (just to bypass the upload step).
2) Please upload your file using Google Drive. Grant access to cccustomtransfers@gmail.com.
3) In the NOTES section above, paste a link to your uploaded file. Please make sure the file is shared so that it can be accessed from your link.
4) Proceed and purchase the size and quatity of sheets you need. We will use the file from the link you send, NOT from the uploaded file.
